Polycom Innovation is a fast-growing engineering polymer compounding unit. Our main goal is to maintain the highest level of quality and service of any other competitor in the region. Our leadership with a group of individuals who have been involved in this industry for over 10 years is surpassed by none. Our Technical team is dedicated to keeping this high quality of service and speedy delivery of our product. They take pride in their work and strive to stay the best. In our workshop staff, we have Three Supervisors, Twelve Skilled Workers, and Four Unskilled Workers with One Quality Inspecting Engineer and Senior Engineer. In our back-office staff, we have One Accountant, One Marketing Person, One Coordinator, and One General Manager.

As our Parental Company Specific Engineering & Automats is engaged in the business of manufacturing Twin screw Extruder since 1999 with a vast experience in Extruder manufacturing and of compounding process (from proven production of our equipment’s). Along with a team of Plastic engineering experts, we started our new venture “Polycom Innovation” nine years ago with a vision to provide quality engineering polymers by compounding, Blending and Alloying of Engineering polymers, Specialty and Commodity Polymers, Engineering Thermoplastics, conversion of different Engineering plastics.
