We don’t just process polymers — we craft performance. From recycled nylon solutions to premium-grade compounds, every blend we make is designed to solve real-world challenges with precision and integrity.

What We Do
From Concept to Compound —
We've Got You Covered!
We make the compounding process seamless, precise, and collaborative — so you get performance-grade materials without the hassle.
This Is How We Engineer Performance

Our Compounding Process – Precision in Every Pellet
At Polycom, we believe high-performance materials begin with an uncompromising process. Whether we're producing sustainable Eco Blends or premium or Virgin Nylon grades under our Neolon 6 and Neolon 66 brands, every step of our compounding operation is engineered for precision, consistency, and superior quality.
🔧 This is How We Go Beyond the Ordinary
We partner with trusted global suppliers to source only the finest inputs — from prime virgin polymers to high-quality industrial regrinds. This ensures a rock-solid foundation for every Neolon compound.
Every batch is tested in our in-house quality lab for:
• Moisture content
• Mechanical properties testing (tensile strength, impact resistance, etc.)
• Visual and physical inspections
We match these results with your specific requirements to formulate the perfect blend—whether Eco, Premium, or Virgin—ensuring optimal performance for your application.
Only materials that meet our standards move forward.
Eco-grade regrinds pass through a high-efficiency metal separator to remove:
• Ferrous contaminants
• Non-ferrous metals
✅ Note: Virgin materials skip this step as they are already contamination-free.
Using loss-in-weight feeders, we achieve exact dosing of each input. This ensures:
• Accurate material ratios
• Consistent compound quality
• Repeatable performance across batches
The precisely dosed material is fed into our twin-screw extruders, which are specially designed for processing nylon blends. The screw configuration is engineered to optimize shear, mixing, and thermal control, enabling us to fine-tune the mechanical properties of the compound — such as tensile strength, impact resistance, and elongation — to match exact application needs.
Our twin-screw extruders feature built-in vacuum systems that remove:
• Volatile gases
• Internal moisture
The result? A cleaner, more stable compound with better downstream processability.
Material is passed through a fine mesh filter to remove micro-contaminants — ensuring:
• No nozzle blockages
• Smooth injection or extrusion
• Improved part surface finish
